Enable Attend LTI for your Course

if the canvas lti has been made available to your course but is disabled by default, it can be enabled by completing the following steps within the canvas course navigate to “settings” at the bottom of the course menu select the "navigation" tab identify the attend lti (it may not be named the same) drag the attend lti from the disabled apps to the active apps save
