Manual Timetables - Holidays

About attendance holidays

When creating sessions, you can specify holiday dates that you do not want sessions created during. Depending on your level of access to aPlus+, you can create these date lists in three different places:

  • System level via Settings Admin > Attendance > Settings > Holidays The dates you set here will apply to all Schools and Timetables that do not have alternative dates set at the School or Attendance Register levels.
  • System level via Holidays Admin > Attendance > Holidays Allows named groups of holidays to be created, which can be chosen from when creating an attendance register.
  • School level Admin > General > Schools > (School) > Holidays The dates you set here will apply to this specific School.
  • Attendance register level Course > Attendance > Add sessions > Extra Holidays The dates you set here will apply to the sessions you are creating only.
