Rollover - Portal Date Ranges

Changing your portal date ranges

The system uses a date range filter to ensure that only data relevant to a certain time period is shown.

To update:

  • Login to aPLus+
  • On the home page, select the date range on the top right
  • Set the date range to include the upcoming semester or date range. (if you prefer to not be constrained by a date range, you can make this expansive to include many years.)

As an admin, if you would prefer to set the semesters up, so that they are available from the “Choose Semester” tab, you can open the Admin menu. Please not that in aPlus+ the semesters are a shortcut for date ranges only.

  • Open the Admin menu, General, then select semesters
  • Select the year for the semester that you would like to add, and select ‘New…’

Enter the information for the semester. You can leave the W/D date blank. It has no impact on the attendance system.

This will then be available in the date filter popup as an alternative to the date range.
