Attend Core

User Defined Fields (advanced)

Overview

Attend Core supports up to 10 user defined fields (UDF).

This means that you can choose data attributes that can be assigned against each student. This can be helpful for filtering in the report outputs in the system, or for storing basic information about a student such as whether a student is active.

Some examples of User Defined Fields:

  • Grade
  • Year
  • Major
  • Department
  • Active
  • Campus
  • Dorm
  • Special Permission
  • Count
  • Type (if using the system with staff, students, student workers, visitors, etc)
  • Lunch Subsidy

UDFs are set by an admin for your account. They are an account level setting. By default no UDFs will be set.

The values for each student's UDF can be managed on the student's profile page Students (Student Profile)
